Privacy Policy
What we collect, how we use it, and how to have it deleted.
LazyMonkLabs (“we”, “us”) builds Mirror (powered by our Decoder engine) and related products. This page explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect when you use Mirror, what we do with it, who we share it with, and how you can have it deleted.

What we collect
When you start a Mirror, we collect:
- Your full name and email address
- Your date, time and place of birth
- Your mobile number, retrieved from Razorpay after a successful payment (so we can reach you about your Mirror if needed)
We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay — Mirror only receives confirmation that a payment succeeded.
How we use it
Your birth details are used as a symbolic input to generate your personalised Mirror. Your name and birth details are sent to OpenAI as part of that generation process, under OpenAI's API data-usage terms, which exclude API inputs from being used to train their models.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not use your birth details or your Mirror's contents for advertising.
Who we share it with
We work with a small number of service providers to run Mirror:
- Razorpay — payment processing
- OpenAI — generates the Journey compiled into your Mirror
- Supabase — hosts our database, where your details and Mirror are stored
- Google Analytics & Meta Pixel — aggregate, anonymised usage and conversion tracking (see Cookies below)
Each of these providers only receives the data necessary to perform their function. None of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Cookies
After payment, we set a single, private (httpOnly) session cookie so you can access your own Mirror. It carries no personal information beyond a reference to your Mirror, expires automatically after 2 hours, and isn't readable by any script running in your browser.
We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand aggregate site usage (such as which pages are visited and whether a purchase was completed) and to measure the performance of our ads. These set their own cookies and receive standard technical data (like your IP address and device/browser type) plus anonymous event names — never your name, birth details, contact information, or your Mirror's contents.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your Mirror and the details it was generated from for as long as your account is active, so you can keep returning to it.
To have your personal information and Mirror permanently deleted, email anish@lazymonklabs.com from the email address you used to purchase your Mirror, with the subject “Delete my data”. We'll confirm the deletion directly with you, typically within a few days.
Your rights
You can, at any time, ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your data (see above)
